Hey all,

this is a SVN patch request, live from Wiesbaden at the workspaces meeting.

Branches: 4.4, trunk

Description:
Workspace Dropdown in "Workspace" -> "Review and Publish" [LIVE
workspace] always shows "[Draft Workspace]" even if user hasn't access
to default Draft Workspace.
