hey all,

yes, this is the appropriate behaviour. Because all JSON / JS encoding
should happen in utf8, we encode it in the TYPO3-AJAX class back to the
BE charset, so everybody using AJAX does not need to worry anymore. IRRE
wasn't fully adapted here when switched to AJAX, so this looks ok.
