Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

This patch cleans the moster class ...

Additionally to CGL cleaning these 3 changes were done too:


* removal of reference to extension obts (there is a generic hook to 
render own way since long time)
* corrected undefined vars
* corrected a typo in "editIcons": $addURLParamStr has to be 
$addUrlParamStr

As the patch is about 470KB i didn't attached it here, see BT or direct 
on forge;
