[TYPO3-core] FYI48: #15691: Javascript Error in taskcenter

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix

Branches: 4_4, trunk

When you are in taskcenter>overview, the javascript adds event listeners 
to ul#task-list. But it doesn't exist in DOM

Solution:
Add listener only if element exists.

I will commit this in 48 hours if noone complains.
