[TYPO3-core] RFC #15669: HTML Warnings in Ext Direct Exception Code

Hi,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
There are some html warnings since the introduction of the Ext Direct 
exception and debug handling.

Solution:
Just fix them... (Hint: no-brainer ;-)

How to Test:
Validate the backend before and after applying the patch. You will 
finally get a green validation feeling again for the backend start page.
