[TYPO3-core] RFC #15230: Bug/Feature: Core only is able to load one specific IE6 CSS file

Hey list,
This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
currently the core loads only one css file for sprites... if there are 
files (from other sprites) or generated css by sprite-generator, these 
have to be included automatically, too

Solution:
Change the import

Notes:
this is a perequesite to introduce spriteGenerator_Handler which is 
automatically generating a sprite for TCA and Extension Icons, which 
look "nice" in IE6.
