But that's correct! Or do you want to show "Translate to XXX"? :)

In my opinion solving this issue id quite simple: just pass arguments to
the script that creates a new translation. There is no need for TSConfig or
TCA options.

According to other comments, you can do that for Live workspace. It is
quite easy to check.

Yes, because they do not make sense when not translated yet.

Hidden content elements are... well, hidden :) So they cannot be shown ;)

That ia out of scope of this RFC. I'd say it makes sense to hide them
because normally people copy them to make adjustments.
