[TYPO3-core] RFC #16151: The rearranged TCA layout of tt_content still contains hardcoded labels

Hi,

some stuff seems still hardcoded.

Line 464: Table wizard
Line 476: Forms wizard
Line 1725: Bullet list

View also some labels in textpic:
- "RTE for this text"
- "Click response for images"

Some examples from image:
- "Click response for images"
- "Accessibility texts"

Should this be covered by the patch? Or did I get sth. wrong?
