[TYPO3-core] RFC #16151: The rearranged TCA layout of tt_content still contains hardcoded labels

Problem:
After #16031 there are still hardcoded labels, missing checkbox labels and wrong file names pointing to locallang_ttc.php instead of locallang_ttc.xml

Solution:
Attached patch solves these problems.

This is follow up contains
 
     + the missing LLL versions of hardcoded labels
     + missing labels for checkboxes
     + replacements of all ocurrences of locallang_ttc.php with locallang_ttc.xml
 
 Rearrangements of tt_content TCE forms should be completed after this one.
 
 Remove any TSconfig settings AND deinstall CSS-styled-content to test all available elements (script, splash etc.)
