In this patch you create both ACT and CUR states, but the CSS class matches the ACT state only.
Since the CUR state is just a subset of the ACT state, this is not needed at all, unless the CUR state will get it's own CSS class.
So +1 by reading and testing
as longs as the CUR state will get its own class or will be removed before committing.
