[TYPO3-core] RFC: #16135 no-brainer: output of "&qout; " in title tag

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
there is a superfluous quotation mark in title tag, which is transformed 
to an &quot

Steps to reproduce:
add a DB Mountpoint to a user and save the Record
have a look at the title-tag of the Page Icon

Solution:
remove the quotation mark
