[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #15306: [Caching framework] Add scheduler task to execute garbage collection

Hi,

i optimisically created a task and selected all available cache frameworks.
After run i got this message:

Execution of task "Caching framework garbage collection (scheduler)" 
failed with the following message: Class does not exist

Unfortunally the message doesn't help me. Any advice?
