Why should it be? Upload is upload, it is not a validation tools.
Developers are supposed to do their work properly. This is why EM shows
errors to them. If they so lazy that they don't bother to check warnings,
well, whose fault is it? :)

At least people can get some impression about developer's work and choose
with whom they work...
