[TYPO3-core] RFC #15965: codemirror lib for t3editor should be moved to contrib and updated to latest version

Hi,

FYI: i removed all unused files from codemirror.
I also removed the XQuery library as it is under Apache license.

I checked each remaining license file and there is no conflict with GPL2 
anymore. Even if the syntax is not needed atm it can be useful for any 
usage.
