We already Discussed that in Stuttgart. We came to the conclusion that
it does not conflict since it is orientated horizontally.
"The logo is not to be placed in any other orientation but horizontally
or next to an object." on [1]

We also know that this is a little "in grey zone" but as the "official 
TYPO3 designers" (in Person Jens) wanted it like this, we came to the 
conclusion that we want and can do it like this.
