[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #13861: Opening website frontend view from backend does not work properly

-1 on testing on 4-4.

My Situation: TYPO3 installed in subdirectory of domain. www.example.com/new/
When clicking "View" in the context menu of a page (in page tree) a new window pops up addressing www.example.com/index.php instead of www.example.com/new/index.php
