[TYPO3-core] RFC #15789: Improve ExtJS skin: Grids

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
ExtJS grids don't feel like TYPO3.

Solution:
Add TYPO3 styles

Note:
* You can test it using the recycler or the new workspace module 
(attached to BT)
* Place attached row-expand-sprite.png in 
typo3/sysext/t3skin/extjs/images/grid/
* File to delete: 
typo3/sysext/t3skin/extjs/images/grid/row-expand-sprite.gif
