Hey all,

this is a SVN patch request.

Branch: trunk

Type: re-implemented feature

Problem:
Since the refactoring of the backend login news it's not possible
anymore to have formatted news or news with links.

Solution:
Make the content field of the login news a rte field and parse the rte
content in the news thus making it possible to insert some default html
elements.
