yes, it will be placed in NEWS.txt. if you like you could prepare a text 
for it ;)
We have to warn also. So as Marcus mentioned it will be problematic if a 
reverse proxy is installed and configured. Also the server has to have 
SSL abilities.

Maybe we can make these checks in reportsmodule and hide the field if 
one of these scenarios is given?
