So all other users should suffer? IMHO we discussed this often enough. 
My patch adds the same class as it's used in the column view, thus same 
behavior as there (with all (dis-)advantages): Uses whole screen in IE6.

td.t3-page-column sets min-width: 150px; max-width: 300px

I feel kind of responsible for this. This way it IMHO looks 2% less 
cruel than before. But we can argue, if this fits into this RFC or 
should be an extra one.

Can you point me to views, where this code is used? I only removed the 
one place, where I was really able to see the output.
