Problem:
Template auto complete (for template on next level at the options tab)
is hidden beneath next text area field.

Solution:
Add z-index.

Notes / How to test:
Use the auto complete for template on next level.

I tested the z-index solution in Firefox 3.6.10 & 4 and Chromium 6.0.472.63
