[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15822: t3lib_beFunc use $this in static methods

Hi,

as Susanne mentioned, t3lib_div::callUserFunction needs a reference 
parameter as 3rd parameter, so using NULL direct won't work.
Solution: create a var that is NULL.
