[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15916: Display a link to list module on sysfolders & page module

Problem:
Sysfolders are mainly used to store records except content elements.
Those are mainly listed in the list module. Therefore it would make
sense to tell this the user.

Solution:
Display a flash message to tell the user about the sys folder and
include a link to switch. The user is already aware of those messages in
the page module as it is used for "Show content from page" or when no
page is selected

Notes:
- Wording can be still improved (I am not a "wording-guy")
