[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #15899: htmlArea RTE: Editing area collapsed in Chrome 7

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When loading the RTE in Chrome 7, the editing area is collapsed.

Don't know if this is a browser bug or one of ExtJS.

Solution:
Attached patch works around the issue.

Note:
RTE from trunk now loads correctly in Chrome 7.
