[TYPO3-core] FYI #16276: Bug: TCAtree should respect maxItems = 1

Hey list,
This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
With setting maxitems to one i would like to be able to only select one 
node. Currently x nodes could be selected and only the first or the 
previous is saved.

Solution:
There is already function which checks this but it's not/wrong 
registered as listener.
