[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #16571: htmlArea RTE: Configured height of link and image dialogue windows not honoured

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Page TSConfig properties RTE.default.buttons.link.dialogueWindow.height 
and RTE.default.buttons.image.dialogueWindow.height are not honoured.

Solution:
Height needs to be applied to the iframe contained in these windows. The 
attached patch fixes the issue and increases the default height of these 
windows.
