+1 on reading and testing

How to test:
- uninstall the System Reports (reports) module if it is present (this 
module replaces the 'old' messages
- make sure there is a BE user 'admin' with password 'password'
- open the module Help > About Modules and click on the link in the 
message "The default backend user "admin" with password "password" is 
still present. Edit this account, either deleting it completely or 
changing the username and password."

Attached v2 which applies to trunk (v1 applied to t3lib directory)
