+1 by reading and testing

Just a hint for your next patches: you should make the diff from the 
main typo3 source dir so you get paths like this:

--- t3lib/class.t3lib_befunc.php	(revision 9498)

That fix should go to 4.4 as well.
4.3 also loads the alt_intro.php in the frame but magically redirects it 
again. 4.4 doesn't.
