[TYPO3-core] RFC #14974: Bug: Extra frame after default password change

Problem:
when the admin password = "password"
and you click on change now on the notify board.
and change the password (save + exit) you get a new frame in screen.
so you now have 2 frames with all the tools of typo3	

Solution:
It was a wrong returnUrl parameter, i changed it from index.php to 
alt_intro.php
