[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #16435: Headers in GridView are rendered wrong

Problem:
The GridView does not display the correct headers for each cell. It 
displays the wrong name and shows "add new" buttons even if no colPos is 
assigned to cell.

Note:
This a follow up to 16434! This bug only occurs if you use the most 
recent core trunk where 16434 is already applied.

To reproduce, create a grid where some of the cells are not assigned to 
any colPos.

Solution:
Check, wether or not a cell has a colPos assigned to it and draw a 
matching header.
