[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #16434: GridView does not show cells if they are not mapped to any column

Problem:
The new GridView does not display cells that are not mapped to a certain 
column with the colPos property.

This makes no sense at all because the general purpose of the GridView
is to represent the complete layout.


Solution:
A refactoring of the rendering routine is necessary. The attached patch 
does this.


Note (IMPORTANT)
This is an important patch because I have another serious bugfix to do 
before beta1 and it depends on this one. (It's 16435 if you want to have 
a look)
