[TYPO3-core] RFC: #16225: Disable draft workspace and migrate it to a real workspace

Hi,

IMO there is another setting which needs to be removed: After installing
ext:version, there is a setting within the EM:
"Show draft workspace
[showDraftWorkspace]
    Enable the simplified draft workspace in the menus
"

This needs to to disappear, right?
