[TYPO3-core] RFC #14449: Deprecate usage of im4 and im5

The 72h have taken some time ;)
I wanted to wait for the RM decision.

So, attached an update to Christian's patch, which makes it apply 
against trunk. I also changed the default im_path from /usr/X11R6/bin to 
/usr/bin.

I will commit tomorrow morning, if nobody objects.
