[TYPO3-core] FYI: Updated Extbase and Fluid to 1.3.0beta1

Hey everybody,

in r9394 I updated Extbase and Fluid to 1.3.0 Beta1.

Some highlights of this release:
* Dependency Injection
* Fluid Widgets
* Completely refactored Dispatcher
... and a lot more :-)

Right now, Backend Modules based on Extbase are broken, but we're
working on fixing this issue as fast as possible.

A huge thanks goes to the great team which made this Extbase/Fluid
release reality :-D
