[TYPO3-core] RFC #16218: Bug/Feature: TCE-Forms does not use sprite icons -- this leads to inconsistency

Steffen, could you please take the opportunity and extract the following 
definition into a CSS class and only set the background-image inline?

 > ') 0% 50% no-repeat;
