[TYPO3-core] RFC feature #16393: date ranges for ExtJS date pickers

Problem:
the ExtJS date pickers don't use the TCA date ranges.


Solution:
the supplied patch sets the minDate and maxDates properties of the date  
Pickers, passing the TCA values in the class field of the input element
