[TYPO3-core] RFC: #16389: Inconsistent styling of the DB integrity checks overview

Problem:
The overview listing for the available database integrity checks in the 
DB check module is somewhat inconsistent with the look of a similar list 
found in the reports module.

Solution:
The attached patch makes the overview match the style of the reports 
module by adding an icon in front of the items and changing the size of 
the header.
