Problem:
There's no possibility to update existing (md5 hashes/cleartext)
passwords to new salted hashes for use in sysext saltedpasswords.
Currently, passwords are only converted, when a user successfully log in
to TYPO3.


Solution:
Provide a task to bulk update existing password records.


Note:
The task deactivates itself when all existing records are processed
(whether converted or not). It handles a defined number of records per
task run. The task needs to set to recurring to guarantee that all
records are processed.
