[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #16314: Incorrect use of is_dir in class.tx_rtehtmlarea_clearrtecache.php (Thanks to Juergen Deisenroth)

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
tx_rtehtmlarea_clearrtecache::clearTempDir calls is_dir without path 
information.

Solution:
Revised code checks rather if the file exists.
