[TYPO3-core] RFC #16323: Bug: Link browser shows no information about translated tt_content elements

Problem:
The link browser (browse_links.php) only shows the title of the 
tt_content element. There is no chance to find the correct element if 
you have translated elements with the same title.

Solution:
The patch adds the id to the title attribut of the link tag and indents 
the element title if the language is not default. Like it is done in the 
list module. See bugtracker for screenshots.

How to reproduce:
- Create a translation of a content element using the same title
- Open a simple text element
- Click on the wizard icon next to the "link" field
- Select the tab "Page"
- Expand the page in the tree having elements looking exactly the same.

Notes:
It is nearly impossible to find the correct element wihtout trial and 
error if you have a page with many translated content elements. So I 
count this as bug which should also go to the 4.4 branch. Maybe in 
addition to #16262
