Yes, trunk only. It was probably introduced by the feature to edit 
external ts files.

Just did a new setup.
- created template for new site on first level
- now click on a page on second level in template module

ext_getFirstTemplate returns FALSE in that case, so i would prefer just 
checking that instead of casting to array.
