i built in a way to explore such, just enter following in the console:
top.TYPO3.Backend.DebugConsole.debugEvents()

I can't confirm this.
In chrome you are right, but this seems to be a chrome bug (or ExtJS), 
i'll report that at sencha, lets wait how they answer.
