[TYPO3-core] RFC #16214: Bug: Change value of Media(Flash) parameter

Problem:
Autostart option for Flash Videos in CE type Media doesn't work.
Because there is a parameter missmatch betwenn the backend
configuration "autoPlay=true|false" and the flvplayer.swf , it listen
to "autoStart=true".

Solution:
Rename the backend parameter from "autoPlay" into "autoStart"
