Yes/no - when I prepared the patch with Oliver Hader yesterday we 
decided that no setting any reviewers/owners is better than making any 
wrong settings there. Therefore it's not a TODO anymore - but if someone 
doesn't like this behavior he might want to start at this TODO-mark - 
but we can remove it of course.
