[TYPO3-core] RFC #16217: Regression : Typoscript "required" did not work anymore

Problem:
Since bug 16110 have been resolved, typoscript conditions did not work anymore.

Solution:
Attached patch moves the check for the stopRendering Variable of each recursionLevel to a position after the foreach loop that actually calls the stdWrap functions.

"required" and the like do work now as expected even on different nesting levels of the new nested stdWrap feature.
