[TYPO3-core] RFC #16151: The rearranged TCA layout of tt_content still contains hardcoded labels

Hi,

thanks guys. I just commited it split up into two:

1) rev 9238: replacements of all occurrences of LLL:locallang_*.php with
LLL:locallang_*.xml in TCA definitions of sysext cms

2) rev 9239: the real work, replacing the hard-coded labels with
locallang entries.

Note to Marcus: I renamed your wizards.* entries to bodytext.W.* to be
in line with the wizard which was already there (bodytext.W.RTE).
