[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature: #0016183: Edit TypoScript file content in t3editor

There was a bug with the t3editor ajax save as the MOD_SETTINGS were not 
set so that this feature was not used even if it was activated.

Should be fixed now. Version 4 attached.
