[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14556: Media content element shows HTML markup in additional flexform configuration

The following changes were committed to SVN Trunk (rev. 7793)

Problem:
The media content element in the backend shows HTML markup when editing
additional flexform configuration due to the recent sprite changes.
Besides that that link "toggle all" shows up twice.

Solution:
Use second argument of t3lib_iconWorks::getSpriteIcon() to inject the
title of the HTML tag to be generated.
