The problem is that especially on enterprise level those who want to (or
have to) work with TYPO3 are not the people who are allowed to update the
browser. On the other hand those who are allowed to update don't care about
TYPO3 because they don't have to work with it and maybe would have preferred
another CMS solution. This will exactly result in TYPO3 being no option for
these enterprise users anymore, which contradicts the goals defined at the
T3UXW.

After all this is one reason why the Code Cleanup Team has been setup, so
let us please fix these issues together.
