Detail Information what this skinning update does in detail:

- page type icons added
- record-overlay-icons added and exisiting fixed
- added toolbar icons for search and opendocs
- replaced arrows for folding tables in list-menu
- added tca and icons for system-tables
- fixed an ie6 bug in page module
- refactored all t3-icon css (added vertical align, reduced hight, 
removed margin, cleaned up pagetree and docheader css)
- updated sprites accordingly and added new iconnames to sttables/tables.php
